These Terms govern purchases from doodlesplash.co. The store is operated by Ampliflow Ltd, trading as DoodleSplash ("DoodleSplash", "we", "us" or "our").

We sell illustrated apparel produced after an order is placed. Shopify provides our commerce and checkout infrastructure, and independent fulfilment partners produce and dispatch the products.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that you are legally capable of entering into a contract.
We take reasonable care to describe products, materials, sizing, colours and design placement accurately. Screens display colours differently, and made-to-order printing can involve minor production variations. These normal variations do not affect your rights where a product is faulty, materially misdescribed or not of satisfactory quality.
Please review the garment measurements and selected colour and size before ordering.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. A contract is formed when we accept the order and begin fulfilment or send confirmation that the order has been accepted.
We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance where, for example, payment is not authorised, an item is unavailable, information is incorrect or we identify suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error. If payment has already been taken, it will be refunded.
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
Ampliflow Ltd is currently not registered for VAT and does not charge UK VAT. This statement will be updated if the business's tax status changes.
Payment is processed securely through Shopify and the payment method selected at checkout. We do not store complete payment-card details.
Products are made after ordering. Production and delivery estimates are explained in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout where available. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed date.
We will deliver within 30 days after the order is placed unless a different period is agreed with you or circumstances allowed by law apply.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correcting. We cannot guarantee a change after production or dispatch has started.
Our Return and Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy form part of these Terms. They explain our voluntary 30-day return offer and your separate statutory rights.
Standard, non-personalised DoodleSplash catalogue products are not treated as personalised merely because they are printed after ordering. Genuinely personalised products may be subject to lawful cancellation exceptions.
Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.
Promotions, discount codes and gifts may be subject to additional conditions displayed with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, have no cash value and may be withdrawn before an order is placed. Changes do not affect orders already accepted.
The DoodleSplash name, branding, product artwork, text, photography, graphics and website content are owned by or licensed to Ampliflow Ltd and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Purchase of a product does not transfer rights to reproduce, distribute, sell or commercially exploit its artwork.
You may use the store only for lawful personal shopping. You must not interfere with the store, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape the service abusively or use content in a way that infringes our or another person's rights.
The store relies on third parties including Shopify, payment providers, fulfilment partners and delivery carriers. Their services may be subject to their own terms. This does not reduce DoodleSplash's responsibilities to you as the seller.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or breach of mandatory consumer rights.
Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
If any part of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available where you live.
We may update these Terms for future use of the store. The version applying to an order is the version in force when that order is placed.
